Studebaker Restoration, Ltd is not in the car sales business. For our current customers we will post a photo of available vehicles. Studebaker Restoration, Ltd. will pass the interested party's information to the owner of the vehicle and all conversations and transactions from that point on will be strictly between the owner of the vehicle and the interested party. A reasonable effort shall be made to keep the page updated with available vehicles updated; however the page may not be totally up to date.

The interested party in asking to be introduced to the owner of an antique car acknowledges understanding that Studebaker Restoration Ltd is engaged in the business of restoring and repairing antique cars and agrees to undertake all pertinent due diligence prior to completing a transaction.

The client further acknowledges that Studebaker Restoration Ltd is not involved or responsible for the transaction that may or may not occur after the introduction and that will be stated in a formal written agreement.

Studebaker shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions pertaining to information provided with regards to the introduction and information that is shared between the interested party and the vehicle owner (whether orally, in writing, or in person.)

The intrested party is solely responsible for performing appropriate due diligence as it pertains to any and all information regarding the type, condition, status, and history of vehicle before completing a transaction.

All sales shall be done between the interested party and the owner of the vehicle, Studebaker Restoration Ltd expressly disclaims liability for any and all loss or damage to any vehicle remaining on the premises after purchase, including, but not limited to loss or damage caused by theft, fire, negligent act or inclement weather or other act of God; vehicles remaining on the premises after purchase shall be at the new owner's sole expense and risk once the registration had been transferred.
